The Summer Transition Grant program provides financial assistance to eligible students attending eligible research-based high school-to-college summer developmental transition programs offered by Minnesota colleges and universities in the summer between high school graduation and the freshman year of postsecondary education.

La Gran America Trilingual newspaper of Willmar celebrating its second year anniversary is pleased to invite you to the Latino-Somali community resources fair.

The purpose of this fair is to provide the families of Willmar resources and information on health, housing, education, Job opportunities, lawyers, nonprofit organizations, state institutions services among others to the Latino-Somali communities located in West Central, MN.

Date: Saturday, August 21, 2010Time: 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Place: KENNEDY ELEMENTARY. Located at 824 7^th Street SW.

Title of Event: Latino-Somali community resources fair 

La Gran America is offering two categories of Vendor Career Fair Participation:

CO-SPONSOR: $230- Includes one eight foot table, two chairs and  lunch. Your organization's name will be included advertising in La Gran America newspaper and on the website, also in posters and radio. Your organization will be recognized at the career fair. Co-sponsors will receive priority placement, i.e. wall space and electrical outlet (if needed). It is a great pleasure for La Gran America and the Hispanic T.V. channel Univision to cover this event

GENERAL SPONSOR: $170 - Includes one eight foot table, two chairs and lunch.
